How do I package every painting before shipping it to its new owner?
Today I’m taking you a little behind the scenes to show you how I prepare each artwork so it arrives safely, beautifully, and ready to shine in its new home.

Packaging is almost as important as the painting itself, because it protects the work, the emotion, and the energy I put into every piece. Here is how I do it:

1 Preparing the workspace
Everything around me must be clean, organized, and spacious. A painting is packaged only in peace and quiet.

2 Photographing the artwork for insurance
This is a standard step—taking a photo before shipping to document its condition.

3 Preparing the Certificate of Authenticity
Signed by the artist, it guarantees the authenticity of the artwork.

4 Adding a business card and a small gift
This is my personal Thank You to the buyer for supporting my art.

5 Wrapping the painting in craft paper
It protects the surface from scratches and adds the first layer of safety.

6 For works on paper, I ship them in a tube
This is the safest and most affordable way to transport watercolors and drawings.

7 For canvas paintings, I add a layer of bubble wrap
Even, tight, and with no empty spaces.

8 Adding cardboard corner protectors and protective boards
These keep the painting stable and safe from impact during transport.

9 Using a perfectly sized shipping box
A strong box forms a double protective wall—ideal for both domestic and international shipping.

10. Preparing customs documents for international orders
Everything the courier needs for smooth delivery abroad.

I package every painting as if I’m sending a piece of myself.
