Inspired by the lavender fields at the foothills of the Balkan Mountains in Bulgaria, this painting does not aim to depict a literal landscape. Instead, it captures something invisible — the aroma itself. Because scent has no shape. It is a sensation. A memory carried in the heart.
Layers of blue, violet, green, and white flow across the canvas in rhythmic movement, evoking air filled with lavender fragrance under open sky. The composition dissolves form into feeling, allowing color to become atmosphere.
